A quick primer on how Balance of Power™ works.
Hourly turns process revenue, resources, events, research, upkeep, wars, and bot activity. Strong nations balance cashflow, city growth, resources, diplomacy, and military readiness instead of maxing one number.
Infrastructure and land are server-validated. Use city import/export pages for templates, then apply builds from inside the game. If a city feels stuck, lower expensive improvements first, then adjust infra/land and reapply.
Negative income usually means military upkeep, resource shortage costs, sanctions, or overbuilt city sectors are heavier than revenue. The Advisor and Revenue pages will show where the pressure is coming from.
Blocs coordinate bank movement, applications, public pacts, negotiated treaties, and Discord war rooms. Only members with the right bloc permissions should manage pact and treaty tools.
Wars consume EP and integrity over multiple actions. Discord war rooms can be registered per server/bloc so attacks, rooms, and linked players stay organized without exposing Bot Codes in public chat.
Positive projected income, no major shortages, and city builds within caps.
Bloc choice, laws, profile, and public stance are understandable to other players.
Use Bot Codes only in private modals, avoid pasted exploit templates, and report suspicious behavior.
